This project gives all its importance to the heart of the small island to revitalise the HLM Champ de Mars residence. By creating a rambla with trees and a clear program of events, we give structure to the residence and open up the district. There are multiple short and medium term objectives:

• Opening up the residence by giving the pedestrian priority, through accessible and crossed access roads (rambla, venelles vertes).

• Giving value to the landscape of the residence and increasing its legibility, through a better balance between buildings and trees.

• Implementing new programs for all audiences and creating new centralities.
